I was thinking about possible call signs for a Red Radio station, and most of the ones I thought of were obviously in use. But WCPU seemed promising; it's not assigned to any AM, FM, or TV station according to the FCC Web site. However, it didn't take me long to find out that it is assigned to a cargo ship called the Liberty Spirit. A quick Google search found me a site that displays the ship's current position and another with a picture of the ship.

I didn't know one could track ships so precisely from a couch in one's living room. Technology never ceases to amaze.
