Waiting for another basketball game to end

The NH AM station isn't reliably switching directional patterns at sunset. I'm waiting for this game to end so I can take the station off the air and start making measurements.

This should be really simple: there are seven microswitches in series, one at each tower and three in the phasor cabinet behind me. If all seven are closed, there will be a complete circuit from 115 VAC through a relay coil to neutral, so the relay will energize and signal the transmitter than it can turn on.

What's happening is that the remote control system fires a relay to switch to night mode, causing the transmitter to shut down and seven contactors to fire, each closing a microswitch. But the relay to let the transmitter turn back on never energizes, and the station doesn't come back on the air. This I need to solve.
