Archduke Otto

Archduke Otto, or Dr. Otto von Habsburg, son of Emperor Charles I of Austria (King Charles IV of Hungary), has died at 98, according to The Guardian. He was the last Crown Prince of Austria, Hungary, and Bohemia.
