Let the tax cuts expire!

They were a bad idea that plunged the country ever deeper into debt in order to further enrich the already super-rich.

We should go back to the Clinton-era tax rates. Period. This will not hurt the economy; it will help it.

Filibuster this deal. Filibuster today; filibuster tomorrow; filibuster forever. The Republicans have been howling for fiscal responsibility; let us give it them.
