Today was pretty dreadful
I tripped over something this morning while running to catch a Green Line train and fell on my hands and knees, tearing a hole in one knee of my pants and a gash in my right hand that left it looking like a piece of raw steak. The rest of the day went downhill from there, alas.
I almost tripped again running to catch a Red Line train after work. I had planned to go to a Poly Boston dinner this evening but decided to go home and try to do something for my hand, only to find the commuter rail at South Station all screwed up -- the conductor said something about a trespasser on the tracks.
And now to bed, I think, before anything else happens.
