The Republican agenda

necturusOne of my clients, WTSN in Dover, NH, carries radio programs featuring Dennis Miller, Mike Huckabee, and Harley Carnes, among others, and I've picked up a good deal of the Republican agenda from their broadcasts. It boils down to these points:
1. Paint President Obama as alien and un-American, taking advantage of his African ancestry;
2. Oppose anything proposed by his administration, no matter what;
3. Promote policies likely to sabotage any economic recovery on his watch;
4. Damn Democrats as fiscally irresponsible, yet support trillion-dollar wars while calling for tax cuts;
5. Fool enough of the people enough of the time, keeping in mind that the rich are the only ones who matter.
