Exploding the Phone: The Untold Story of the Teenagers and Outlaws Who Hacked Ma Bell, by Phil Lapsley. A very enjoyable book in which two guys named Steve, a radio station I've been associated with since 1975, and the legendary Captain Crunch all figure prominently.

I miss Ma Bell.
