Loki's here!

I came home tonight and someone came out of the hall to meet me: Loki, my former housemate's miniature pinscher. He seems strangely quiet, and seems to want to hide under a comforter in my bedroom, although he does materialize when yummy things come out of the oven. But no barking at all; I'm guessing it's the time of year. Nobody feels like barking in December, even when it's warm out.

I've a feeling he won't be at all happy when I have to go to NH tomorrow morning.
